In 1990 Nicholas "Nick" Bergman proudly served in the United States Army as an Army Logistics Manager. After a 10 year tenure, Nick decided to take his experience and put it to use in the Commercial and Residential development industry. Starting in the high rise condominium development arena as a project engineer and building first class Golf Club Resort Clubhouses, Nick later sought after more personal attention in residential construction.
Jason started his career in real estate March of 1998 working for a title company in San Antonio, Texas. Over the years he has held many positions such as Escrow Officer, Branch Manager and Regional Vice President managing multi state operations and marketing.
January of 2007, Jason returned to San Antonio from Arizona and has spent the last several years re-establishing his name in the San Antonio Real Estate community. He has been very active in the community and supports charities like San Antonio Battered Woman's Shelter and the San Antonio Food Bank. September of 2010 Jason married his best friend and soul mate, Stephanie Lewis. Both Texas natives, Jason and Stephanie have strong ties to family in and around San Antonio.
"I believe one of the greatest days in a persons life is getting the keys to their new home and I'm proud to be a part of the process". January of 2011 Jason decided to be an even bigger part of that process and joined long time friend and custom builder Nicholas Bergman as Vice President and partner of Designs by Lifestyle Custom Homes. Jason's corporate knowledge, integrity and dedication to providing our customers with a level of service that is second to none makes him a valuable addition to our company.
In 2002 Nick took a position as a Construction Manager for a Fortune 500 Luxury and Custom Home Builder, the largest in the nation. I believe the general public deserves more. "People shouldn't be pushed into a generic pre-designed plan and settle for something that will just remind them of what they really wanted in a home". In 2005 Nick decided to go out on his own and offer Custom Homes.
Nick is joined and partnered by his wife, Kathy Bergman. Kathy's military career of 6 years in Logistics Management and Finance brings great strength to their Family Owned and Operated business.
